In the cutscene after that battle, Dante and Vergil charge at each other with all the strength they got. Dante cut Vergil in half, but Vergil’s leg’s remained attached to his body. You understand what that means? That means VERGIL HEALED SO FAST THAT THERE WAS NO ACTUAL DAMAGE DONE. And Dante is equal to his brother. So he can do that too, meaning that he pretty much can’t lose appendages. So your point is voided in it’s entirety.
